Important Information About Engaging with a Jungian Candidate

The individuals listed in this directory are currently completing their training with ANZSJA and are not yet registered or accredited members of the Association.

A ‘Candidate’ is a Student Member of ANZSJA enrolled in the ANZSJA CGJI Analytic Training. All Candidates are qualified and experienced mental health professionals prior to acceptance into the program. In the final stage of their training, they are required to develop their clinical practice under the close supervision of experienced analysts (Training Analysts). They are also bound by the ANZSJA Code of Ethics, undertake twice-weekly supervision, and maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Each Candidate works under the supervision of a qualified, registered, and accredited Training Analyst, ensuring professional oversight and adherence to the standards of Jungian analytic practice.

Candidates are required to offer twice-weekly sessions. As such, psychotherapy with a Candidate may be of particular interest to those seeking long-term, ongoing, and in-depth therapeutic engagement.
